New Horizons for Learning (NHFL) serves as the leading-edge resource for educational change by identifying, communicating, and assisting to implement successful educational strategies. NHFL is a network to reach teachers with new information and give visibility to effective teaching and learning practices that have not yet reached the mainstream. NHFL is an international network of people, programs, and resources dedicated to successful, innovative learning to foster the fullest development of human capabilities.

Threshold Services
DataLab USA uses its database marketing expertise to assist Threshold Services in their fund raising efforts and supports Threshold Services' web presence by hosting its site in a self content management environment.
Threshold Services helps more than 900 people to recover from mental illness or co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders. Approximately half of the individuals served have co-occurring mental illness and dual substance use disorders. Threshold Services assists members of their community by providing:
• Psychiatric medical treatment and evidence-based therapy at their Rockville and Silver Spring locations
• Residential rehabilitation programs and rehabilitative services via outreach including the homeless
• Employment services in partnership with Back To Work program of St. Luke's House
