In 1979, DataLab USA began providing data-driven marketing solutions for many of the world’s largest marketers. From the beginning, DataLab USA's success was based on our superior results and our intentional transparency. We have never attempted to "black-box" our programs or technology.

Since 1979, we have constantly grown. After moving our office to Bethesda, Maryland (1992) and to Rockville, Maryland (1997), we are now headquartered in our own 18,000 sq ft. state-of-the-art facility outside Washington in Germantown, Maryland where we process 14+ billion records a year.

Since 1990, all of our processing has been executed within a PC environment. We now have switched most of our large scale processing to Intel Quad Core processors running 64 bit Windows 2003 with 64 bit SQL server. These processors work with large disc arrays, resulting in a storage capacity of over 75 terabytes. Our clients' data are protected by a 150 Kilowatt backup power system that allows us to continue with full operations of our building and all equipment square in the event of a massive regional power loss.
