Career Description:

Network Admin - Due to our continued growth we have an immediate need for a Network Admin.

JOB SUMMARY:

• LAN\WAN management of a mid-enterprise level environment. (see job skills)

JOB SKILLS:

• 3-5 min. years experience with windows environment network LAN admin
• Hands on experience with switch/router configuration and management (i.e.VLAN, etc.)
• Active directory/GPO management and best practices
• Desktop support
• Server support (RAID experience a plus)
• Software/Patch management
• Mail system configuration and support
• Back up system configuration and support
• IIS Application Server configuration and management
• Asset Management System experience
• PBX/VOIP experience
• Ability to illustrate examples that show recommendations for and IT solution along with implementation and management and review of the IT solution (full life cycle).
• Plus: Working knowledge of some security standards (ISO, HIPPA, PCI, SOX)

OTHER SKILLS:

• Good documentation and procedural writing skills necessary
• Ability to troubleshoot without need for oversight if necessary
• Ability to anticipate issues and provide best practice solutions

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Technical degree or Technical certifications
