.NET/SQL Programmer
Career Description:
.NET/SQL Programmer- due to our continued growth we have an immediate need for
a .Net Developer to expand our capabilities in a new important area for our business.
The primary purpose of this position is to develop, test and deliver web-based .NET
applications and the associated back-end databases to meet client requirements.
JOB SUMMARY:
- Design, develop and maintain web-based applications using MS .NET tools and databases using MS SQL 2000/2005
- Review applications in either a test or live environment and resolve program bugs
- Evaluate and modify existing programs to take into account changes in system requirements or equipment configuration
- Conduct analysis on business intelligence and market trends using MS SQL Server and other data mining tools
- Perform software and database development for both web-based and non web-based applications
- Document developed applications and create user instructions
JOB SKILLS:
- Experience in systems design and programming with analysis
- Proficiency in MS .NET tools and environment, including .NET framework,
ADO .NET, Visual Studio .NET and C# language, MS SQL Server 2000/2005 database
management and data warehousing
OTHER SKILLS:
- Excellent prioritization and organization skills
- Strong self-initiative
- Clear communication and team work ability
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science
- Six (6) Month experience in the job offered
